- October 1998 - The Adams County Colorado 9-1-1 Center, ADCOMM, selects CTO to
provide
Telecommunications Consulting Services. ADCOMM hired CTO to design a new UHF
Trunked
Radio System for the County’s Public Safety Services.
- August 1998 - The Capitol Region Council of Governments (CRCOG) of Connecticut selects
CTO to perform a Public Safety Answering Point Consolidation Study. CRCOG desires to
consolidate 16 of its PSAP/Dispatch Centers into some smaller number of regional
communications centers.
