- November 1999 - The State of New Mexico selects CTO to perform a Management Audit
of
the State’s E9-1-1 Program.
- September 1999 - The City of Fredericksburg again picks CTO to design a City-Wide
Public Safety Radio System. CTO had conducted a Radio System Analysis and
Recommendations project for the City of Fredericksburg earlier in the year.
- August 1999 - The City of Troy, NY chooses CTO to review the City’s participation in
Rensselaer County’s Combined Dispatch Center and to make recommendations as to
whether or not the City should re-establish its own PSAP.
- August 1999 - Harford County, MD contracts with CTO to complete a Staffing Study
for 9-1-1, Fire & Police Dispatch. This study will include a comprehensive overview
of the County’s Division of Emergency Operations with recommendations to be made
in the areas of organization & management, staffing and supervision, and operations
and training.
- March 1999 - Rockland County, NY selects CTO to design and implement a new UHF
Trunked; P-25 Radio System for the County.
- February 1999 - The Town of Hilton Head Island, SC chooses CTO to perform a
Comprehensive Communications Center Study to assist the Town’s Fire Department in
relocating their PSAP/Dispatch Center. The study will include facility recommendations,
as well as requirements for a new CAD system and other technical systems issues.
