- October 2002 - Waukesha County, WI continues its relationship with CTO by awarding a
contract to Follow Up Staffing Study for Phase II of the County’s project to consolidate the
ten (10) PSAPs within the County.
- June 2002 - Engineering Management Group (EMG) selects CTO's Broadcast Group
to provide technical support to evaluate the damage suffered by the transmitting room
equipment of the Quorem Broadcasting Corporation by the collapse of their 1900’
tower during an ice storm.
- May 2002 - Engineering Management Group (EMG) selects CTO's Broadcast Group to
provide technical support during the reconstruction of USA Network (TV Channel 60)
for the temporary and permanent transmitter site at Citicorp Building in New York after
the 9/11/01 World Trade Center Attack.
- March 2002 - Jefferson County, WV selects CTO to be the County’s Public Safety System
Consultant.
- February 2002 - CTO is retained as a sub consultant to conduct interviews for a county-
wide
radio system in Contra Costa County, CA.
- January 2002 - The City of Killeen, TX selects CTO to perform an analysis of their
Communications Center.
- January 2002 - The Capitol Region Council of Governments (CRCOG) of Connecticut selects
CTO to perform a Radio System Study.
