- September 2003 - The Capitol Region Council of Governments (CRCOG) of Connecticut
selects CTO for a Microwave Link Feasibility Study for the Towns of Farmington, Avon,
and Simsbury.
- June 2003 - Tishman Construction Company retains CTO to perform In-building Coverage
Analysis for a new building located in Brooklyn, NY.
- March 2003 - Engineering Management Group (EMG) of Connecticut selects CTO's
Broadcast Group to provide technical support during the reconstruction of WPIX
(TV Channel 11 and DTV Channel 33) for the temporary and permanent transmitter
site at the Empire State Building in New York after the 9/11/01 World Trade Center Attack.
- February 2003 - DoITT additionaly tasks CTO to measure and determine impact of TV
Channel 17 transmission from the Empire State building.
