- October 2005 - Engineering Management Group (EMG) of Connecticut selects CTO's
Broadcast Group to provide technical support to perform an evaluation of equipment loss
during the reconstruction process of WVUE TV-Channel 8 in New Orleans, LA.
- October 20, 2005 - CTO releases an anlysis of the FCC 800 MHz Rebanding Orders.

- July 2005 - The Upper Maryland Eastern Shore Consortium selected CTO to manage
and provide engineering service for 800 MHz rebanding for its trunked radio system
which provides coverage to Talbot, Queen Anne's and Caroline Counties.
- April 2005 - CTO opens its Northeast Regional Office in East Brunswick, NJ.
- January 2005 - CTO is pleased to announce that Mr. Andrew W. Ely has joined the firm.
- April 2004 - The New York City Fire Department awards contract to a team of consultants
including CTO to provide recommendations to improve fire ground communications.
CTO is to investigate methods for stablishing and/or improving in-building and underground
communications, as well as emerging technologies applications such as telemetering location
and biometric information of personnel at a fire scene, use of video, UWB radio, VoIP, etc.
- February 2004 - New York City DoITT accepts all CTO work on Phase I - Needs Assessment,
Conceptual Design and Draft RFP for System Buildout and issues RFP for fire department
conventional dispatch system and trunked multi agency system.
